Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Explain gemstone products, prices, and specifications to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop recent customers.
- Manage sales records, customer databases, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for order processing.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer handling is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Experience in gemstones, jewellery, or online sales will be an advantage.
- A target-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Salary

18,000 - 30,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
