Job Description

We are looking for a skilled, results-oriented SEO & Google Ads Specialist with hands-on experience in search engine optimization and managing Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate can improve website rankings, generate quality leads, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and schema markup.
- Work on link building, backlink analysis, and local SEO.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools to identify growth opportunities.

Google Ads (PPC)

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and analyze competitors' ads.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, CTR, CPC,



and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate regular reports.
- Focus on generating quality leads while maintaining an productive cost per lead.

Required Skills

- Practical experience running SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding of keyword research, search intent, and competitor analysis.
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and landing page optimization.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing campaigns for lead-generation businesses.
- Familiarity with WordPress websites and local SEO.
- Candidates who can demonstrate previous campaign results will be preferred.
