Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Banking & Financial Services

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer relationships, drive cross-selling of financial products, and support business development. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in banking, insurance, and financial services. Freshers with strong sales skills are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive cross-selling of insurance, mutual funds, Fixed Deposits (FD), Recurring Deposits (RD), and personal loan products.
- Generate business through company-provided leads and personal references.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking and financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal sales teams to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Resolve customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 01 year; freshers can also apply.




- Qualification: Graduate in any stream, preferably Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of banking, insurance, and financial products.
- Interest in sales, cross-selling, customer relationship management, and business development.
- Target-oriented, confident, and willing to work in a sales-driven workplace.
