Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp Business, Instagram and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, including cake design, flavour, size, budget, occasion and delivery date.
- Recommend suitable products, communicate pricing and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Record order details accurately and maintain customer and order records.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, advance payments and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the production team to communicate confirmed orders and customer requirements.
- Maintain qualified communication and provide a smooth customer experience.
- Support repeat sales, upselling and customer relationship management.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service,



inside sales or order management preferred.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to communicate professionally with customers in both languages over WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram and basic computer applications.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
- Sales-oriented, organised, responsible and customer-focused.
- Experience in a bakery, food business, gifting business or e-commerce company is an advantage.
