About the Role:

The Technical Business Analyst will be a key member of the Intelligent Automation (IA) team and will play an integral role in designing and delivering automated processes within the Citco Group. The business analyst will work with the process owners and business unit representatives to optimize and digitize operational processes in order to deliver bottom-line results for Citco.

About Intelligent Automation Team:

The Intelligent Automation (IA) is multi-skilled team charged with identifying, building and deploying operational solutions leveraging a suite of emerging technologies, such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code/No-Code tools, Business Process Management, Reconciliation Tools, APIs and Automation.

Job Duties in Brief:

- Ability to deliver automation projects using RPA, Python, Cloud, etc. technologies

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements; map as-is/to-be processes and assess automation feasibility.

- Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives using RPA, AI,



Python, Cloud, enterprise applications, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms while assessing feasibility, scalability, risk, and business value

- Translate business needs into technical specs and collaborate with RPA / Python developers, and project managers on end-to-end solution design, including Document Intelligence and Prompt Engineering use cases.

- Support UAT, testing, and defect triage for automation deliverables.

- Drive the Citizen Development program: onboard new citizen developers, provide training and governance, perform project charter review & design reviews of citizen-built solutions, and facilitate approvals / infrastructure setup/access with IT teams.

- Manage and support the end-to-end project lifecycle. Create and manage Jira backlogs, epics, and stories; facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).

- Maintain project and process documentation on Confluence, ensuring traceability with Jira.

- Act as primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, managing expectations and providing regular updates to business and leadership.

- Prepare and deliver status reports on project progress, risks, benefits/ROI, and delivery metrics.

- Ensure governance, risk, and compliance standards are met; identify opportunities for continuous improvement and new automation use cases.

About You:

- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

- Exceptional communications skills, both written and oral





- Ability to work independently

- Positive attitude

- Experience working in an Agile environment

- Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath), Python scripting, AI/ML basics, and Low Code/No-Code platforms.

- Able to work with multiple stakeholders to produce clearly articulated requirements for projects

- Create and execute test plans in Dev/QA/UAT Environments

- Proficient in Jira, Scrum ceremonies, and Confluence documentation.

- Design, evaluate, and monitor key metrics with business partner

- Strong stakeholder communication, status reporting, and process mapping skills (Visio/Draw.io)
