To manage liability application support through evaluation of application performance, business requirements and operational risks to ensure service continuity.

- Provide hands-on application support for Liability Banking applications and related systems.
- Utilize Oracle PL/SQL, MS-SQL, Windows, and Linux platforms for application support, issue diagnosis, and data validation activities.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors, application owners, infrastructure teams,



and business stakeholders for issue resolution and system support.
- Analyze incident trends and identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
- Review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Generate and publish weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and management updates as required by business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to support application enhancements and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit observations, security standards, and internal governance policies.

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
