Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst – WFM Planning & Scheduling with experience in forecasting, data analysis, and statistical modelling. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to develop accurate forecasts to support business and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly business forecasts.

2. Perform trend, variance, and historical data analysis.

3. Develop, improve, and validate forecasting models.

4. Build forecasting scenarios and analyse business requirements.

5. Use statistical and mathematical models to improve forecast accuracy.

6.



Analyse contact centre data and operational metrics.

7. Collaborate with internal teams and clients on forecast updates and assumptions.

8. Present insights, risks, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 1+ years of experience in WFM Forecasting.

- Strong knowledge of forecasting, statistical modelling, and scenario planning.

- Hands-on experience with Python or R Studio.

- Good understanding of contact centre metrics and WFM processes.

- Experience handling large datasets and complex business drivers.

- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Good stakeholder management and business understanding.

- Forecasting certification from Supplier WFM University preferred/required as per hiring criteria.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any discipline.
