Profile: Associate Professor-Management

Experience

- Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (UGC/AICTE norms), of which at least 2 years should be at Assistant Professor level or equivalent
- Research background preferred (1 or 2 persons with a research background are needed in the department)
- Exposure to executive programs / MDPs and consultancy is an advantage
- Desirable: minimum 3 projects/consultancy assignments
- Desirable: minimum 5 publications (peer-reviewed/Scopus) excluding Ph.D. publications
- Desirable: 2 international and 7 national presentations/participations

Roles & Responsibilities

- Teach MBA/management courses
- Support the design and delivery of executive programs and MDPs
- Carry out research, publish papers and guide student projects and scholars
- Support consultancy work and industry interaction
- Help with curriculum updates, assessments and mentoring
- Take part in academic and administrative committees

Qualifications

- Qualification and experience as per UGC and AICTE norms
- Ph.D. in Management or a related field, with an MBA/PGDM
