Profile: Professor-Computer Engineering

Experience:

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in teaching/research/industry (UGC/AICTE norms), of which at least 3 years should be at Associate Professor level or equivalent, including Ph.D. guidance
- Experience of academic administration and team management (1 or 2 senior persons are needed to lead the group of programs)
- Exposure to handling industry-integrated programs
- Desirable: minimum 5 projects/consultancy assignments
- Desirable: minimum 10 publications (peer-reviewed/Scopus) in addition to Ph.D. publications
- Desirable: 5 international and 15 national presentations/participations

Roles:

- Lead and manage the Computer Engineering group of programs
- Teach and mentor UG and PG engineering students




- Plan and run industry-integrated programs with industry partners
- Guide Ph.D. scholars and drive research, publications, projects and technology transfer
- Take part in curriculum design, accreditation and academic planning
- Manage the faculty team and day-to-day academic administration

Qualification:

- Qualification and experience as per UGC and AICTE norms
- Ph.D. in Computer Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering or a related field, with a B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in the discipline
