Profile: Associate Professor (Computer Science)

Experience:

- Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience at Assistant Professor level or equivalent in a university, college or accredited research institution/industry (UGC norms)
- Experience of academic administration and team management preferred
- Exposure to handling industry-integrated programs
- Desirable: minimum 3 projects/consultancy assignments
- Desirable: minimum 5 publications (peer-reviewed/Scopus) excluding Ph.D. publications
- Desirable: 2 international and 7 national presentations/participations

Roles:

- Teach UG and PG courses in the BCA, BSc IT, MCA and MSc IT programs
- Support the program lead in managing the programs and the team
- Contribute to industry-integrated programs
- Carry out research, publish papers and guide student projects and scholars
- Help with curriculum updates, assessments and mentoring
- Take part in academic and administrative committees

Qualification:

- Qualification and experience as per UGC norms
- Ph.D. in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications or a related field, with a relevant Master’s degree
