Profile: Operations Manager

Experience:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management or operations coordination
- Jewellery industry experience is not mandatory but preferrable, and candidates from any industry can apply
- Prior experience handling cross-department coordination is preferred

Roles:

- Coordinate and manage day-to-day work across departments (sales, showroom, accounts, production, dispatch and admin)
- Ensure smooth workflow between teams so tasks are completed on time and without gaps
- Monitor team productivity and follow up on pending tasks, deadlines and targets
- Identify bottlenecks and delays in operations and implement process improvements
- Oversee order processing, from order receipt through delivery, including custom order tracking
- Coordinate with the production team and the showroom on order status,



timelines and quality checks
- Maintain stock, inventory and material movement records, and ensure they are accurate
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operations reports for management
- Set up SOPs and ensure the team follows them
- Support management in planning, resource allocation and manpower coordination
- Resolve internal operational issues and escalate critical matters promptly
- Ensure customer-facing operations (after-sales service, repairs, exchanges) run smoothly

Qualification:

- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration or Operations Management is an added advantage
