Build Roquette’s reputation, influence and institutional network in India

- Build and maintain a high-level network across relevant ministries, agencies, local governments, industrial parks and industry associations.
- Anticipate policy and political developments affecting Roquette’s business activities and growth plans.
- Provide strategic intelligence and political analysis to India leadership and Group management.
- Prepare and support institutional engagement plans for senior management.
- Facilitate access to key stakeholders and open doors for strategic business discussions.
- Support visits, meetings and engagements involving Group executives and external stakeholders.
- Strengthen Roquette’s visibility, reputation and positioning within relevant public and industrial ecosystems.
- Represent Roquette in trade associations and other relevant business and governmental ecosystems
- Prepare annual GA strategy, action plan and budget





Lead territorial Government Affairs support for Roquette’s sites and operations

- Support permitting, authorizations and administrative procedures required for business operations and expansion projects.
- Lead engagement with public authorities on territorial matters; managing relationships with local authorities supporting existing and future industrial activities.
- Support site leadership teams in addressing local stakeholder expectations and government requests.
- Facilitate negotiations with local administrations when required.
- Ensure alignment between local government engagement and Group priorities.

Maximize public support and value creation for the Group

- Identify relevant subsidy, incentive and support programs at national, state and local levels.

- Provide inputs from GA perspective to sharp business strategy and setup, create supportive environment for business growth

- Early identification of risk in the framework of GA, work with India LT to manage identified risks

- Develop and maintain relationships with authorities managing industrial, innovation and investment support schemes.

- Support applications and negotiations related to grants, incentives and public funding opportunities.

- Contribute to discussions related to tax incentives and other government support mechanisms.
