Profile: Assistant Professor-Management

Experience:

- Freshers eligible: no minimum years of experience required under UGC/AICTE norms, provided the candidate has an MBA/PGDM and NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable
- Prior teaching or industry experience preferred (candidates with more experience can be considered for the Senior Scale or Selection Grade)
- Research background preferred (1 or 2 persons with a research background are needed in the department)
- Desirable: minimum 2 publications (peer-reviewed/Scopus) excluding Ph.D. publications
- Desirable: 3 national presentations/participations

Roles:

- Teach MBA/management courses
- Prepare lesson plans, case studies, assignments and assessments
- Guide student projects, internships and live projects
- Carry out research and publish in peer-reviewed/Scopus journals
- Mentor students and support co-curricular activities
- Support the department in academic and administrative work

Qualifications:

- Qualification and eligibility as per UGC and AICTE norms
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent; NET/SET/Ph.D. as applicable under UGC norms
