Your Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with other equipment technicians to improve integration of multiple systems
- Responded to customer repair requests for individual machines with root cause analysis
- Earned excellent feedback from customers including high marks for efficient work and courteous manner.
- Preventative/Predictive maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Team collaboration across multiple cross-functional areas.




- Disassemble malfunctioning equipment when necessary to locate broken parts, and complete repairs using specialized tools.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a complex environment
- Cost control and continuous process improvement
- Able to handle the Shift
- Familiarity with TPM Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities.
- Install new equipment according to customer requirements and perform initial testing and optimization procedures to ensure correct and effective operation.
- Required Knowledge: - ASM Pick & place, head maintenance, Feeder maintenance, SPI Maintenance, Reflow process & it's maintenance, YJ Link Conveyor, laser marking, AOI, Single pin insertion, Hot functional test & deplaning. Able to maintain the High MTBF & Less MTTR Target.
- Responsible for processing maintenance of SMT line, Operation and Preventive Maintenance of SMT related machines. Planning predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various equipment to increase Machine uptime & equipment reliability.

Your Qualifications

- Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
- 7 to 12 years
