Job Description

- Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related queries and escalations from the client.
- Share quality performance reports, error trends, and improvement plans with clients.
- Participate in client review meetings and calibration sessions.
- Provide updates on process quality, SLA adherence, and corrective actions.
- Discuss root cause analysis findings and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and feedback.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication to drive service excellence and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with client teams to align quality standards and process expectations.
