Key responsibilities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and onboardingManpower planning as per approved manpower budget.
- Direct Sourcing: Source candidates directly through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, internal databases, social media, and other relevant channels.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand job requirements, technical competencies, experience levels, and hiring priorities.




- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles based on job specifications.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
- Recruitment MIS: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports covering open positions, sourcing channels, interview status, offer-to-joining ratio, and time-to-fill.
- Employer Branding: Support initiatives to improve the organization's visibility and attract relevant talent through direct recruitment channels.
- Recruitment Compliance: Ensure proper documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to internal recruitment policies and processes.

Full time MBA / PGDBM – HR

Experience

Tenure: 5-10 Years (Prior experience in Pharmaceutical industry preferred)
