Key Responsibilities:

Teach theory and workshop practicals for the Two-Wheeler Service Technician course according to the approved curriculum and session plan.

Show trainees periodic servicing, engine basics, transmission, brakes, suspension, electricals, and diagnosing and fixing common faults.

Run the training workshop: tools, spares, consumables, safe working practices and housekeeping.

Keep attendance, session logs, assessment records and trainee progress reports.

Prepare trainees for assessment and certification, and support placement with service centres and dealerships.

Give trainees who need more help extra practice time.

Work with the Centre Manager, the mobilisation team and the placement team to meet batch targets.

Preffered Skills:

Hands-on experience servicing and repairing two-wheelers (motorcycles and scooters).





Ability to teach clearly in Hindi, with basic English for technical terms and documents.

ITI (Motor Vehicle Mechanic or a related trade), diploma in Automobile/Mechanical, or equivalent (suggested).

1–2+ years of experience in a service centre, dealership workshop or training role (suggested).

Must be able to work at Belgaria, Dhanbad.

Preferred Skills:

ToT certification from the relevant Sector Skill Council (preferred, suggested).

Experience at an OEM-authorised two-wheeler service centre.

Familiarity with fuel-injection (FI) systems, BS-VI vehicles or EV two-wheeler basics.

Earlier experience in a government-funded or NSDC-affiliated skill programme.

Location: JRDA Training Centre, Belgaria, Dhanbad, Jharkhand (on-site) Joining: Immediate Salary: 17,000 - 20,000 CTC Benefits: PF, ESIC Working days 6 days in a week hours: 48 hours in a week.
