Job Summary

Ajanta Footcare (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented Counter Salesmen for its footwear retail showroom in Agartala, Tripura.

Candidates with good communication skills and an interest in retail sales are encouraged to apply. Freshers are welcome, and training will be provided.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or above.
- Experience: 0–1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Experience in footwear retail, apparel retail, or any other retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Advantages

- Net Take-Home Salary: ₹9,500 per month

Duty Time & Weekly Off

- Duty Hours: 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM
- Working Days: 26 days per month
- Weekly Off: 4 days per month

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable footwear products.




- Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers and schemes.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper store housekeeping.
- Support inventory management and stock-related activities.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of POS/Billing software will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
