Job Title: Tele-caller (Operations)

Salary: 15,000- 18,000 per month (As per candidate experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-oriented Telecaller cum Operations Executive to handle customer calls, customer verifications, manage daily operational activities, and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Tele-calling & Customer Support

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Make customer verifications on calls
- Explain company products, services, and processes to customers.
- Speaking politely and professionally on calls
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.




- Record call details, customer feedback, and follow-up status.

Operations & Coordination

- Manage day-to-day operational activities tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and records.
- Prepare daily activity reports, follow-up reports, and operational MIS.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-up activities.
- Identify operational issues and escalate them to the concerned team or manager.

Requirements and Skills

Education: A diploma or a bachelor's degree.

Basic Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and email.

Communication: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with loan origination systems, CRM tools, and spreadsheet software.Company: HMB Investment Private Limited.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
