Job Description – Sales Manager (Sports & Musical Instruments Showroom)

Position: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to manage daily showroom operations, lead the sales team, improve sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service.

Candidates with prior experience working in a Sports Goods Showroom, Musical Instruments Shop, or a similar retail business will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Management
- Manage daily showroom sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and customer footfall.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/monthly sales reports.
- Promote products, offers, and new arrivals.
- Team Management
- Manage, guide, and motivate sales staff.
- Allocate duties and monitor individual staff performance.
- Train employees on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Maintain staff discipline and productivity.
- Customer Support
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.




- Assist customers in selecting suitable sports equipment and musical instruments.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Showroom Operations
- Manage daily showroom opening and closing activities.
- Maintain product displays, stock coordination, and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the purchase and inventory teams.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail sales or showroom management.
- Preference will be given to candidates from sports goods or musical instruments showrooms.
- Experience in handling and managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations.
- Target-oriented, responsible, and proactive personality.

Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has already worked as a Sales Manager, Showroom Manager, or Senior Sales Executive in a sports or musical instruments retail showroom.
