Position: Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain company products and services to clients.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Follow up with existing leads and maintain call records.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory).
- Experience: 2–4 years in Telecalling / Tele-Sales preferred.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Bengali, Nepali (Any 2–3 languages are mandatory).
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Must have experience in outbound sales.
- Comfortable working from the office (WFO).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM).

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience).
- Attractive incentives on sales conversions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
