Documentation & Data Management

- Collect, verify and file customer KYC and loan documents accurately and on time.

- Enter customer, loan and collection data into the company’s systems with high accuracy.

- Maintain physical and digital records in line with company and regulatory standards.

Customer Support

- Receive walk-in customers, answer basic queries and guide them on the application process.

- Follow up with customers on pending documents, repayment dates and receipts.

- Escalate complaints and complex queries to senior staff promptly.

Branch Operations & Compliance

- Assist with receipt entries, cash and cheque handling and daily reconciliation, as directed.

- Support the sales and collections teams with reports, reminders and follow-ups.

- Assist in gold appraisal – checking purity, weighing ornaments and calculating loan value as per LTV norms.

- Ensure protected handling,



packing and vault storage of pledged gold, with accurate records.

- Follow RBI guidelines, KYC / AML norms and internal policies in all day-to-day work.

- Assist during audits by arranging files and records as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com or BBA preferred).

- 0-1 years of experience in an NBFC or gold loan company; prior NBFC experience is an advantage.

- Gold appraiser certification or formal appraisal training is a plus.

- Residents of Goa or candidates willing to work in Goa will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
