Position: Destination Manager
Salary: ₹8 LPA – ₹12 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Destination Manager with a strong background in the study-abroad industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing assigned study-abroad destinations, ensuring smooth operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee assigned study-abroad destinations based on your area of expertise.
- Develop and maintain relationships with international universities and institutional partners.
- Stay updated on country-specific admission requirements, visa regulations, university policies, and education trends.
- Guide and support counselling and application teams with destination-specific knowledge.
- Monitor student applications, admissions, and visa processes for assigned destinations.
- Conduct destination training sessions for internal teams.
- Identify new university partnerships and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve business targets.
- Analyse destination performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the study-abroad industry is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in at least one international study destination.
- In-depth knowledge of international admissions, universities, courses, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage teams, operations, and destination-specific strategies.
Important Note
The assigned country or destination will be decided entirely based on the candidate's area of expertise and skilled experience.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
