Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Store Executive to manage our warehouse and inventory operations, specifically someone with sound technical knowledge of raw materials used in glassware manufacturing, alongside mechanical and electrical production spares and consumables.
Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Oversee day-to-day stock receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of raw materials and production spares. Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

- Material Identification & Inspection: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity. Ensure raw materials for glassware (such as silica, soda ash, limestone, etc. ) and engineering items meet company standards.

- Technical Knowledge Handling: Maintain a systematic catalog and stock record of electrical and mechanical components, machine spares, tools, and production consumables.

- Documentation & ERP: Maintain accurate stock records, inward/outward gate passes, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and inventory reports using digital systems or ERP software.

- Warehouse Organization: Ensure proper binning, labeling, and physical organization of the store for quick retrieval and safe storage of fragile glassware raw materials and sensitive electrical parts.

- Audits & Reconciliation:



Conduct regular physical stock audits, reconcile variances, and coordinate with the accounts and production departments.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols within the warehouse, particularly for the safe handling of raw materials, heavy spares, and electrical equipment.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree (B. Com, B. Sc, B. A., or BCA preferred).

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience working as a Store Executive, Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller in a manufacturing or production unit.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with raw materials used in glassware production and technical understanding of mechanical/electrical spares and industrial parts.

- Skills:

- Good computer skills (MS Excel, basic ERP/inventory software).

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and coordination skills with production and procurement teams.
