About the Role

Ayka Medical is looking for a responsible and organized Storekeeper to manage raw material and finished goods inventory at our manufacturing facility in Rai, Sonipat.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing raw materials to production, preparing job cards and tracking finished goods movement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Raw Material Inventory Management

- Maintain and regularly update the raw material inventory Google Sheet.
- Record all incoming raw materials and verify quantities against purchase documents.
- Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues and closing stock.
- Issue raw materials to production as per requirements.
- Maintain material issue records and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with inventory records.
- Report shortages, discrepancies and damaged materials.

2. Job Cards & Production Coordination

- Prepare job cards for factory production orders.
- Ensure job cards mention the correct product, specifications, quantities and raw material requirements.
- Record raw materials issued against each job card.
- Coordinate with production staff regarding material requirements and pending jobs.
- Track job cards and update production-related records.

3. Finished Goods Inventory

- Record finished goods received from production.




- Maintain finished goods stock records in Google Sheets.
- Track product-wise quantities, batches/lots and stock movement.
- Maintain records of finished goods issued for dispatch.
- Reconcile physical finished goods stock with recorded inventory.

4. Store Management & Reporting

- Maintain organized storage of raw materials and finished goods.
- Ensure proper identification and labelling of materials.
- Maintain records of samples, rejected materials and damaged stock.
- Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports.
- Share stock updates and material shortages with management.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as a Storekeeper, Store Executive or Inventory Executive.
- Experience in a manufacturing or factory workplace preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Responsible, organized and detail-oriented.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, packaging, printing or medical-device industries will be preferred.
