About the company: Baki Packi Pvt. Ltd. (established 2013) manufactures food-grade paper baking moulds, muffin

and cupcake cups, panettone moulds and bakery packaging for leading Indian food brands, bakeries and distributors,

and exports internationally. We are part of the Novacart group (Italy). We are now moving all operations onto the

Odoo ERP system, and we are building a team where every person has a clearly defined role and works on a up-to-date

system.

About the role: Handle customer orders from quotation to delivery. One position for direct customers in India, one for

distributors and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare quotations and enter sales orders in the ERP (Odoo)

- Confirm prices, discounts and delivery dates with customers

- Coordinate with production and dispatch so orders ship on time

- Update customers on order status and follow up on enquiries





- Maintain customer records and the sales pipeline (CRM)

Requirements

- 2+ years in B2B sales coordination or order processing

- Good written and spoken English and Hindi

- Comfortable with Excel and any ERP (Odoo, SAP, Tally)

- Experience in packaging, food service or FMCG is a plus

- Willing to work on-site in Jhajjar, Haryana

- Willing to learn and work on the Odoo ERP system
