Job Role: HR Recruiter – Non-IT

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Recruit candidates for Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail and other Non-IT sectors.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, selection and joining processes.

Preferred Skills:Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Experience in Non-IT recruitment preferred.
- Hospitality recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
