K M & N Media LLP is looking for a confident, persuasive, and result-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and convert prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have robust communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through provided leads, online platforms, databases, and market research.
- Make outbound calls to introduce KM & N Media LLP’s services.
- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable services.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into clients.
- Schedule meetings for senior team members whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Share regular updates on sales activities and progress.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Confidence in handling calls, objections, and follow-ups.
- A target-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
