Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Purchase Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, price negotiation, cost control, and material planning to ensure quality procurement and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project requirements and organisational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing of construction materials, equipment, subcontracting, and services.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contractual conditions to achieve cost savings.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare comparative statements, and ensure competitive procurement.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, and Site teams to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials in accordance with project schedules.
- Monitor market trends, material prices, supplier performance, and availability.
- Maintain purchase orders, vendor agreements, procurement records, and MIS reports.




- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure compliance with internal policies and approval procedures.
- Track material quality, delivery commitments, pending orders, and supplier-related issues.
- Build long-term vendor relationships and continuously improve procurement processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in purchase/procurement management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, market rates, and supplier networks.
- Proven expertise in vendor development, price negotiation, cost control, and contract management.
- Experience in budget monitoring, purchase order management, and procurement MIS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict procurement deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience handling procurement for high-rise residential or commercial construction projects.
- Established network of construction material suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
- Strong focus on cost optimization, quality, transparency, and timely project execution.
- A process-driven qualified capable of managing procurement independently.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
