Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

Register and maintain the company's seller profile and product catalogue.

Upload product specifications, pricing, technical details, and required documents.

Identify suitable government tenders and bidding opportunities.

Prepare and submit bids, quotations, and tender documents within deadlines.

Coordinate with the Purchase, Sales, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch departments.

Process government purchase orders and monitor order execution and delivery.

Maintain records of bids, orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and tender requirements.

Track bid results, order status, and payment updates

Customer Site Visits for Technical Discussions, data collection and follow-up etc

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
