manufacturer and supplier of packaging solutions, including rigid boxes, mono cartons, paper bags, and premium boxes.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries by phone, email, and WhatsApp, and convert them into orders

Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices, and follow up until closure

Generate new leads through calls, emails, IndiaMART/TradeIndia, and other online platforms

Maintain relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat orders

Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams on order status and delivery timelines

Update the customer database, sales records, and CRM/Excel trackers

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management

Handle basic customer queries, complaints,



and payment follow-ups

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

At least 1 year of experience in office or inside sales

Good communication skills in English

Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email

Confident on calls, target-oriented, and well organized

Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply
