About Aurora Business Center

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
- Generate qualified tenant leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, databases, and marketing.
- Market available office suites and parking spaces across multiple channels.
- Schedule and conduct property tours.
- Present available spaces, pricing, lease terms, and property amenities.
- Build relationships with businesses, startups, medical professionals, and commercial tenants.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and convert inquiries into signed leases.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, negotiations, and executed leases.
- Provide regular leasing activity and occupancy reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve occupancy and leasing performance.

Qualifications

- Experience in commercial office leasing or commercial real estate.




- Strong lead generation and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects.
- Experience with commercial property management is an advantage.
- Parking facility leasing experience is a plus.
- California real estate license is preferred but not required.

Compensation

- Performance-based compensation.
- Earn one month's rent for every successfully leased unit.
- Compensation is negotiable based on experience and performance.
