Your Work Profile

The Backend Developer – Node.js, Golang & AWS will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable backend services and cloud-native applications.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, Golang, JavaScript, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will have experience building secure and high-performance backend systems, implementing automated tests, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting CI/CD pipelines.

The candidate should be comfortable working across Node.js and Golang technology stacks while collaborating with product owners, architects, developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Skills Required

- Education- B.E., B.Tech, MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc., or equivalent qualification with a good academic record.
- 3–5 years of professional backend software-development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Node.js
- Golang
- JavaScript
- REST APIs
- Web Application Development

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and backend design patterns.
- Experience with asynchronous and event-driven programming.
- Hands-on experience in SQL and NoSQL database design.
- Experience developing secure API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of unit, integration, and automated testing.
- Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation and application deployment.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
- Develop backend components and microservices using Node.js and Golang.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Design secure, reusable, and high-performing REST APIs.
- Implement service-to-service and third-party system integrations.
- Apply suitable backend architecture and software design patterns.
- Develop asynchronous and event-driven processing solutions.
- Design and manage data models for SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot complex backend and integration issues.




- Conduct performance profiling and optimize application response times and resource utilization.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native application components using AWS services.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure backend solutions meet security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability requirements.
- Create and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
- Independently manage assigned tasks and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, testers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
