2. Key Responsibilities (KRA)

A. Installation & Commissioning

- Assist in the installation, commissioning, testing, and startup of electronic security systems.
- Support the installation of CCTV, Public Address (PA) Systems, Time & Attendance Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and Gate Automation.
- Conduct system testing and assist with customer training and final handover.

B. Troubleshooting & Technical Support

- Identify technical faults and assist in troubleshooting equipment and system issues.
- Perform basic maintenance, testing, and repair activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Ensure systems are functioning properly and support timely resolution of customer complaints.

C. Site & Project Coordination

- Visit customer sites for installation, inspection, maintenance, and service activities.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, senior engineers, and internal teams.
- Assist in site surveys and identify suitable equipment based on project requirements.
- Follow site safety procedures and company guidelines.

D. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare installation, commissioning, service, and handover reports.
- Maintain site diaries, work progress reports, and service records.
- Assist in preparing connectivity diagrams, as-built drawings, and cable-routing documentation.
- Obtain customer confirmation and sign-off after completing assigned work.

3. Key Skills Required

- Basic technical knowledge of Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical systems.
- Interest in electronic security systems and automation technology.




- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic understanding of tools, wiring, cabling, and electrical safety.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Ability to coordinate with team members and follow technical instructions.
- Attention to detail and a positive learning attitude.

4. Eligibility Criteria

- ITI-qualified candidates in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or an equivalent engineering trade.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be willing to work at customer sites.
- Candidates should be willing to travel within the assigned work location as required.

5. Compensation & Benefits

- Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000

- Timely completion of assigned installation and service tasks.

- Customer satisfaction and qualified site conduct.
