Position Summary

Zorba Estates is expanding our field operations team and seeking dedicated Junior Field Executives in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our brokerage, exploring designated neighborhoods to scout residential and commercial listings, build rapport with property owners, and gather verified property details for our client databases.

Key Daily Duties

- Conduct physical surveys across designated zones to spot vacant, for-rent, or for-sale properties.

- Initiate contact with landlords, building managers, and property owners to discuss listing options.

- Document vital property specs including exact GPS locations, pricing, measurements, and contact info.

- Capture clean, high-resolution photos of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhood surroundings.

- Sync daily updates, lead notes, and media files back to the internal coordinator.





- Re-verify unit availability and follow up on warm leads generated in the field.

Candidate Profile & Prerequisites

- Open to fresh graduates, diploma holders, and experienced field staff.

- Comfortable spending significant daily hours outdoors traveling across local sectors.

- Friendly interpersonal communication style and strong negotiation basics.

- Familiarity with local Bengaluru geography and routes.

- Possession of a personal two-wheeler and valid driving credentials is a strong plus.

- Conversational proficiency in Kannada is advantageous.
