Positions Available

- KG Teachers
- KG Coordinators (Montessori-Trained)
- PRT Teachers – All Subjects

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree with a relevant teacher training qualification (D.El.Ed., B.Ed., or equivalent, as applicable to the position).
- Montessori-trained candidates are preferred for the KG Coordinator position.
- Prior experience in KG, Montessori, or primary-level teaching will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong subject knowledge and an understanding of age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Ability to conduct activity-based, experiential, and student-centred learning.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in engaging young learners through stories, rhymes, art, music, games, projects, and hands-on activities.
- Ability to use classroom technology and digital resources effectively.
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A caring, patient, and nurturing approach towards young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and school management.





Additional Responsibilities – KG Coordinator

- Coordinate and supervise the overall functioning of the KG section.
- Guide and support KG teachers in lesson planning and classroom activities.
- Monitor students' academic, social, emotional, and overall development.
- Coordinate with parents regarding students' progress and activities.
- Plan and organize KG events, celebrations, activities, and programmes.
- Ensure the effective implementation of age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Maintain effective coordination between the KG section and school administration.

Additional Responsibilities – PRT Teachers

- Teach primary-level students across relevant subjects, according to the assigned class and subject requirements.
- Prepare lesson plans and conduct engaging, student-centred classroom activities.
- Assess students' learning progress and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Encourage students' participation in academic, creative, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and school management regarding students' progress.
