Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PHE / HVAC / ELV Draftsman with strong knowledge of Plumbing and Public Health Engineering systems and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate plumbing layouts, drainage drawings, and detailed technical documentation based on engineering designs and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare water supply, drainage, and plumbing layouts using AutoCAD.
- Develop sanitary, stormwater, rainwater harvesting, and water distribution drawings.
- Prepare plumbing shop drawings, sections, details, and coordinated drawings.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions accurately.
- Coordinate PHE drawings with HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Architectural drawings.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare plumbing riser diagrams, equipment layouts, and relevant schedules.
- Coordinate with PHE engineers and project teams to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, annotations, and documentation.
- Prepare detailed HVAC layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop ducting, piping, equipment, and ventilation layouts.




- Prepare HVAC shop drawings and coordinated drawings.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions accurately.
- Coordinate HVAC drawings with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Architectural drawings.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare sections, details, schedules, and other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with HVAC engineers and project teams to ensure timely completion of drawings.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, layers, annotations, and documentation.

Required Skills

- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of plumbing, water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of MEP coordination and construction drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Civil, or a related field.

Experience

8–16 years of relevant experience in PHE drafting, MEP consultancy, or building services projects.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
