Job Summary

Andreal Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who is confident in meeting clients, building professional relationships, and generating business opportunities. Candidates with prior experience in banking sales, loan sales, financial services, or related field sales roles will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to meet potential clients and generate business opportunities.
- Identify prospective customers and develop recent business relationships.
- Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct field activities.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and daily progress.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update the reporting manager on business performance.
- Consistently work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales or a related sales role preferred.




- Banking sales or loan sales experience will be given preference.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert prospects into customers.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting tools is an advantage.
