We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telecallers to contact prospective students, explain our training courses, generate leads, and convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Explain available courses, training programs, fees, and admission procedures.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the admission and marketing teams.
Required Skills
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam; basic English communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and manage follow-ups.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Graduation.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly approach.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
