Job Title: Team Leader – B2B Business

Location: Patiala, Punjab

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, distribution, or healthcare sales will be preferred.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to establish, develop, and scale the B2B business in Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building strong client relationships, managing a sales team, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and scale the B2B business in the assigned territory.

- Identify and acquire new B2B clients, retailers, distributors, and business partners.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market penetration.

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports,



and track business KPIs.

- Negotiate commercial terms and ensure client satisfaction.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company's expansion plans.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.

- 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or team handling.

- Experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, distribution, or healthcare sales will be preferred.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.

- Ability to build a business from the ground up and achieve sales targets.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
