- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or CA Intermediate with robust domain experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a Chartered Accountancy firm, or corporate finance/taxation setup
- Core Focus: To oversee financial, statutory and internal audit engagements, manage teams, ensure compliance with accounting and audit standards and support senior managers and partners in delivering high-quality advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

- Engagement Execution & Planning: Plan, coordinate, and manage statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, or financial advisory projects from start to finish.
- Technical Review: Perform first-level reviews of financial statements, audit working papers, trial balances, and compliance documentation under frameworks like IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP, or local corporate laws.
- Risk & Control Assessment:



Execute risk assessment procedures, test internal controls (ICFR), and identify financial, operational, or compliance gaps.
- Team Supervision & Mentorship: Guide, supervise, and mentor junior auditors, audit assistants, and senior associates.
- Client & Regulatory Liasion: Coordinate with client management to resolve queries, discuss audit findings, and assist with regulatory inspections or filings (e.g., ICAI, SEBI, MCA rules).
- Budget & Timeline Tracking: Monitor engagement progress, budgets, deadlines, and deliverable quality.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
