WhatsApp Marketing Specialist (Business API)

We are looking for a WhatsApp Marketing Specialist (Business API) to plan, execute, and manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns that generate business enquiries, leads, and customer engagement for digital marketing and IT services.

The role involves managing WhatsApp Business API campaigns, preparing contact lists, creating campaign messages, setting up approved message templates, segmenting audiences, managing automated follow-ups, and tracking campaign performance. The candidate should understand WhatsApp marketing workflows, opt-in contact management, message delivery, customer responses, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using the official WhatsApp Business Platform (API).
- Build and manage opted-in contact databases from website forms, landing pages, QR codes, Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns, and other approved sources.
- Create, submit, and manage WhatsApp message templates for promotions, follow-ups, offers, reminders, and lead generation campaigns.
- Prepare engaging WhatsApp messages with clear offers, personalized content, images, buttons, links, and calls to action.
- Segment contact lists based on industry, location, service interest, customer type, and buying stage.
- Set up automated messaging sequences, follow-ups, re-engagement campaigns, chatbots, and WhatsApp Flows where applicable.
- Manage campaigns using WhatsApp Business API platforms such as AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, Gupshup, or similar tools.
- Monitor message delivery, read rates, customer replies, link clicks, enquiries, conversions, and campaign performance.
- Maintain contact databases, manage opt-outs and suppression lists, and follow WhatsApp messaging policies and applicable consent requirements.

- Monitor account quality, template approval status, messaging limits, and quality ratings to help maintain reliable campaign delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to transfer interested prospects and track lead follow-ups.
- Test different message formats, offers, audience segments, and calls to action to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain campaign reports, contact records, response data, and lead-generation results.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Experience in WhatsApp marketing, WhatsApp Business API, campaign management, lead generation, customer engagement, or marketing automation will be an advantage.

Who Can Apply:

- Candidates interested in WhatsApp marketing, business messaging, and digital campaign execution.
- Freshers with knowledge of WhatsApp Business tools, marketing platforms, or customer communication workflows.
- Experienced candidates who have managed WhatsApp Business API campaigns or used platforms such as AiSensy, Interakt, WATI, or Gupshup.
- Candidates who can manage contact lists, create engaging campaign messages, track results, and coordinate with sales teams.

The ideal candidate should have good communication, organization, and analytical skills, along with an understanding of audience segmentation, campaign automation, lead generation, and performance tracking. Candidates should focus on relevant, consent-based messaging and generating genuine business enquiries rather than simply sending large volumes of messages.
