About the Role

As a Sr. Nutritionist – Clinical Operations at Cuddles Foundation, you will move from caring for patients in one centre to strengthening the quality of nutrition care for children with cancer across our network of partner hospitals in India.

Working closely with your Zonal Head, you will review complex nutrition plans, lead clinical quality reviews, analyse data across sites and coach a multi-site team of Nutritionists. You will take on these responsibilities progressively, with structured training and support, and build towards owning them independently. Through hospital visits and case reviews, you will stay closely connected to patients and families throughout.

How This Role Grows Your Career

● From one centre to many: Rather than improving outcomes only for the patients you see each day, you will infl uence the standard of nutrition care across multiple hospitals.

● From practitioner to clinical leader: You will review peers’ clinical decisions, coach Nutritionists and become a trusted source of clinical expertise for a multi-site team.

● From clinical practice to clinical operations: You will build skills in quality assurance, data-driven programme management, supply planning and reporting – the foundation for roles such as Clinical Nutrition Manager.

● Specialised nutrition support: Review enteral and parenteral nutrition plans against clinical protocols and agreed timelines. Give Nutritionists clear, actionable guidance, with all plan changes following approval and escalation pathways.

● Data and documentation quality: Audit patient records on the digital nutrition care platform for accuracy and completeness. Analyse trends across hospitals to spot recurring issues and improve documentation practice.

● Team coaching: Hold regular review conversations with Nutritionists on clinical practice and site-level challenges. Agree on action points,

● Operations and supply planning: Track the procurement and use of nutritional products for assigned hospitals, keeping data accurate and on time. Understand each site’s needs and work with local teams to resolve gaps.

● Reporting and escalation: Maintain clear records of reviews, visits and action plans, report on quality and performance across sites, and escalate unresolved or high-risk concerns.

● Continuous improvement: Contribute to protocol updates, training and quality-improvement projects, bringing insights gathered across hospitals.

Where You Stay Close to Patients

Moving into a multi-site role does not mean stepping away from patient care:

● At the bedside: During hospital visits, you will observe patient assessments and counselling sessions with children and caregivers, and give Nutritionists real-time clinical guidance.
