Duties
Sales Campaign Management
- Assist with running and optimising outbound sales campaigns
- Engage new clients through structured outreach and value-driven messaging
- Track and report campaign results in coordination with our admin team
Content Creation & Marketing Collaboration
- Record short-form business videos for social media and internal presentations
- Edit content using basic tools (e.g. iPhone, iPad) and collaborate with the marketing team for publishing
- Provide input on branding, storytelling, and campaign messaging
Client-Facing Support & Presentation
- Represent Denizns in client meetings, events, and workshops where required
- Provide meaningful updates and assist with presentations
Cross-Functional Operations
- Collaborate with the compliance and delivery teams
- Shadow and support Strategic Operations Lead and Delivery Executives to understand business workflows
- Participate in team meetings, share insights, and help build internal capability
Qualifications
- A recent graduate or early-career professional
- Someone with academic depth or someone who’s risen against the odds and understands the value of making an impact
- Someone who lights up a room when they speak — who can write a sharp message or hold their own in a professional conversation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales, communications, operations, or HR
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with task management tools
- Self-starter attitude and appetite to learn across departments
- An understanding of the UK business or recruitment environment
