Job Summary

Autojet Cleaning and Sanitizing Experts is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage overall accounting operations, expense management, GST filing, and financial reporting. The candidate should have practical experience using Zoho Books and the ability to track project-wise expenses, coordinate with different departments, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage company expenses, payments, receipts, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Prepare and coordinate GST returns and ensure timely compliance with applicable requirements.
- Calculate, monitor, and maintain site-wise and project-wise expense records.
- Track operational expenses and identify discrepancies or unusual cost variations.
- Coordinate with all departments to collect invoices, bills, expense details, and supporting documents.
- Prepare regular expense statements, financial reports, and management reports.
- Maintain proper accounting entries and documentation using Zoho Books.
- Assist management with expense analysis, cost control, and financial planning.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality,



and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Practical knowledge of GST filing and accounting procedures.
- Experience with Zoho Books is required.
- Strong knowledge of expense management and financial reporting.
- Ability to prepare and maintain site-wise expense calculations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- A self-motivated and organized professional who can independently handle accounting activities.
- Experience in a service-based company, facility management, housekeeping, or cleaning and sanitizing industry will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and project sites.
