Job Description: Workday Prism & Accounting Center Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Workday Prism Analytics & Accounting Center Consultant to implement end-to-end financial data integration, transformation, and accounting processes within Workday. The consultant must have strong hands-on experience building accounting sources, configuring mapping tables, and processing financial data from external systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement Workday Prism Analytics and Accounting Center solutions from scratch.
- Configure two GL load sources and one TK reporting source.
- Develop SFTP-based integrations for financial data ingestion from NetSuite and other external systems.
- Build Prism datasets, transformation logic, validation rules, and data processing workflows.
- Configure accounting sources, mapping tables, accounting rules, and journal generation logic.
- Map external financial data to Workday ledger accounts, cost centers, and financial dimensions.
- Process trial balances, journal lines, income statements, and balance sheet data.
- Handle zero-value journal entries, data inconsistencies, and source-specific processing requirements.
- Design and implement multi-stage data ingestion, transformation, and accounting workflows.
- Perform end-to-end testing, financial reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills





- Workday Prism Analytics – Data ingestion, datasets, transformations, and data pipelines.
- Workday Accounting Center – Accounting sources, accounting rules, and journal processing.
- Workday Financial Management – GL, journal entries, trial balance, and financial reporting.
- Integrations – SFTP, flat files, external financial systems, and NetSuite.
- Data Mapping – Ledger accounts, cost centers, worktags, and financial dimensions.
- Testing & Reconciliation – Source-to-target validation and accounting accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience implementing Workday Prism and Accounting Center from scratch.
- Experience creating multiple accounting sources and complex financial transformation workflows.
- Strong understanding of Workday Financials and external ERP integrations.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and deliver implementation solutions.

Key Requirement: Must have hands-on implementation experience in both Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Accounting Center, not just functional support or reporting experience.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
