Job Description

Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Mendix professional to design, develop, and deliver scalable low-code applications. The successful candidate will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, high-quality solutions and support them through deployment and ongoing improvement.

Work you’ll do:

- Design and build Mendix applications, workflows, integrations, and reusable components.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and technical specifications.
- Integrate Mendix applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Apply best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and application lifecycle management.
- Lead code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX teams, and developers.
- Mentor team members and contribute to delivery planning and technical decisions.
- Maintain clear technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

- 6–8 years of professional experience,



including substantial hands-on Mendix development.
- Experience delivering Mendix applications across the full development lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Mendix Studio Pro, domain modelling, microflows/nanoflows, and application security.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and relational databases.
- Understanding of Agile delivery, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

- Mendix Advanced or Expert certification.
- Experience with cloud deployments, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or other technologies used to extend Mendix applications.
- Experience in enterprise-scale or multi-team delivery environments.

Pay: ₹3,200,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra
