Job Description – Travel Sales Consultant (Outbound)

Skill Sets Required:

- Minimum **1 year of relevant experience** in travel sales, preferably in outbound tourism and international holiday packages.
- A degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or a relevant qualification.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of international destinations, particularly Europe, Australia, the USA, and the UK.
- Practical experience with B2B hotel booking portals and online travel distribution systems like TBO, Tripjack, Rezlive etc.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, follow-up, and sales conversion skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and perform in a target-driven setting.

Role & Responsibility

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Design, prepare, and sell customised international holiday packages and itineraries.
- Handle bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions based on their preferences and budgets.
- Provide visa guidance and assistance with visa documentation and applications.
- Make flight reservations, create and manage PNRs,



and issue tickets wherever required.
- Prepare quotations, manage booking files, and issue vouchers and invoices.
- Process bookings and coordinate with internal operations teams, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Use B2B booking portals such as TBO, RezLive, Hotelbeds, Ottila, and other online distribution platforms.
- Build strong client relationships through professional service, timely follow-ups, and effective enquiry management.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and periodic sales targets while contributing to business growth.

Job Location: RPS 12th Avenue, Delhi Mathura Road, Next to Sarai metro station, Faridabad.
