IAM Institute of Advanced Management, a premier institution dedicated to excellence in hospitality education, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Marketing Field Executive to join our team.

As a Marketing Field Executive, you will be the face of our Institute, actively engaging with prospective students, educational counselors, and schools to drive enrollments and increase brand awareness in your assigned territory. This is a crucial field role requiring regular travel and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Recruitment: Identify and connect with potential students interested in pursuing careers in hotel management.
- School & College Outreach: Conduct presentations, workshops, and counseling sessions at schools and junior colleges to introduce our programs to students and staff.
- Field Engagement: Represent the Institute at education fairs, career expos, and community events to generate leads.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school counselors, principals, and key stakeholders within the educational sector.




- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Actively generate leads, follow up promptly, and nurture prospects through the enrollment process.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and local student preferences to the marketing team.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and seasonal enrollment targets.
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, educational marketing, or direct sales. Hospitality industry background is a significant plus.
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in [mention English and the local language]. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
