Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy housekeeping staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort throughout our cottage.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, pillow covers, towels, and replenish toiletries.
- Prepare rooms before guest check-in and clean rooms after check-out.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining area, and surroundings as assigned.
- Handle cleaning materials and equipment properly.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to management.
- Assist guests politely with basic requirements when needed.
- Follow hygiene standards and cottage rules.
- Ensure guest belongings and cottage property are handled safely.




- Support other housekeeping duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.
- Positive communication and polite behaviour with guests.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
